Even if you're not a fan of white chocolate or candy canes, you'll love this!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large block of White Chocolate

  • 8-10 peppermint Candy Canes

Hint:

Wrap bark in compostable plastic wrap with a paper bow or ribbon to make a delicious home-made gift!

Method:
  1. Line a large baking tray with non-stick paper.

  2. Unwrap candy canes and place in large zip lock bag and seal. Place this bag in another large ziplock bag and seal. Smash with a rolling pin or meat mallet until in small pieces. Set aside.

  3. Break chocolate into a large bowl and place over a simmering bowl of water. Be careful not to get any water into the chocolate (as this will stop the melting process).

  4. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Removing away from the water from time to time to stop it over heating.

  5. Stir in the broken candy canes and spread over baking tray. Place in fridge to set completely.

  6. Once set break into small (or large!) pieces and enjoy!
